About the LEDAC

LEDAC logo

The LEDAC serves as a consultative and advisory body to the President on programs and policies that requires legislative action.

About the CLA

The LEDAC Common Legislative Agenda (CLA) pertains to the list of priority legislative measures of the Executive and Legislative branches of government which the Council has agreed to pursue in the current Congress.



Process for CLA Inclusion

From the Executive

1.Letter of request signed by head of agency/office/institution which shall include the rationale, objective, and salient features of the bill

2.Copy of draft bill

3.Statement of support from at least 2 other concerned implementing agencies (if applicable).

From LGUs, Private Sector, and other Sectoral Groups

1.Letter of request signed by head of organization/group which shall include the rationale, objective, and salient features of the bill

2.Copy of draft bill

3.Statement of support from the lead implementing agency and at least two other concerned implementing agencies (if applicable).
